The Proposal

Vail installed a new gondola for their 50th anniversary where the Vista Bahn used to be (the lift right outside Vendetta’s in Vail Village). It’s not open for skiing yet, but they do allow foot traffic to check it out or go up the mountain for lunch. On Thanksgiving we woke up early and I dragged Jen to the new gondola. Once it opened for the day, we hopped on and went to the top. We were engaged by the time we got back down. We are the first to get engaged on their new lift! We are both hoping to for some kind of a gold medal or something fancy like that.

And then we had thanksgiving dinner at Vendetta’s after a long day of skiing.
